• Develop the UK partner portfolio from the ground up by targeting CRM and lifecycle agencies, e-commerce agencies, and selected systems integrators that align with our Ideal Partner Profile.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns, including initial meetings, discovery calls, and partnership presentations.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from partner qualification to signed agreements.
• Onboard new partners through certification and training on Brevo Enterprise products.
• Provide partners with sales materials, battle cards, and demo environments to facilitate effective co-selling.
• Collaborate with top partners to create Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Drive the partner-sourced and partner-influenced Enterprise pipeline toward established SQO targets.
• Work closely with UK Sales Leadership and Account Executives on deal registration, account mapping, and three-way syncs.
• Enhance co-sell win rates through proactive account planning.
• Report on key UK partner performance indicators—active partners, SQOs, and sourced revenue.
• Provide insights to contribute to Brevo’s global partner program.
• 6+ years of experience in Partner Account Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development within the SaaS industry—experience in Martech, CRM, Marketing Automation, or e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and activating partners that generate revenue in the Enterprise and Mid-Market sectors (this role does not focus on SMB).
• Comprehensive understanding of the UK partner ecosystem, including lifecycle/CRM agencies, e-commerce agencies, and systems integrators.
• Comfortable leading discovery calls, account mapping sessions, and co-selling alongside Account Executives to Enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with Partner Relationship Management software for tracking partners and deal registration.
• Self-motivated: You excel in a greenfield environment that lacks a predefined playbook.
• Knowledge of competitor partner programs (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp) and their presence in the UK market.
• Experience with e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento) and associated UK agency partners.
• Prior experience in establishing partner programs from scratch within a startup or scaling organization.
• Must be based in London, UK.
• Willing to travel up to 20% for partner meetings, events, and regional conferences.
