Partner Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical liaison for designated telecommunications partners during integration and deployment processes.

• Facilitate technical evaluations, integration workshops, deployment readiness assessments, and planning discussions for launches.

• Convey technical requirements, dependencies, risks, and timelines to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Assist in the deployment and validation of wireless network services across a variety of network domains.

• Direct root cause analysis for intricate network, system, and service-related challenges.

• Monitor deployment milestones, readiness benchmarks, and partner integration progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.

• At least 15 years of experience in wireless telecommunications, network engineering, systems integration, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.

• Practical experience with LTE and/or 5G network integration, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• An advanced degree and/or industry-recognized telecommunications certifications are advantageous.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and effectively convey complex technical ideas to various audiences.
