Partner Technical Advisor – National Partners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with essential channel partners.

• Create and oversee technical enablement strategies for designated channel partners.

• Educate channel partner Sales and Solutions Engineer teams on identifying and qualifying opportunities.

• Organize training initiatives for channel partners in collaboration with F5 Sales teams.

• Conduct workshops and demand generation events for channel partners.

• Offer ongoing training on F5 solutions and how they stand out from the competition.

• Clearly communicate F5's sales strategy, messaging, and value proposition in relation to customer business goals.

• Provide guidance on solution design that aligns with intended business results.

• Convey the technical and business advantages of F5 solutions compared to competing options.

• Create and enhance customer- and partner-facing presentations, use cases, and technical materials.

• Collaborate with Channel and Sales management to onboard channel partners and evaluate their capabilities.

• Offer proactive consultative support to channel partners.

• Connect channel partners with F5 Sales and Technical Support teams to address issues.

• Utilize F5's critical issue escalation process as necessary.

• Maintain in-depth technical knowledge across F5's product portfolio, industry trends, and best practices in pre-sales.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant industry experience in networking, security, and/or web technologies.

• More than 3 years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker Swarm.

• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub/GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Docker.

• Basic understanding of application development languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

• Preferred in-depth knowledge of F5 technologies, solutions, and product offerings.

• Awareness of OWASP principles and foundational concepts of application security.

• Comprehension of application security vulnerabilities, threat vectors, security measures, and web application firewall (WAF) technologies.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent professional experience.
