This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture relationships with broker partners
• Provide comprehensive product training
• Foster growth through targeted channels
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate strong relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders
• A strategic, solution-oriented mindset complemented by creative thinking skills
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage time and territory independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based setting
• Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales is advantageous
• Knowledge of the Nova Scotia broker market
• Experience in delivering product training, both in-person and virtually
• Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products
• Understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics in British Columbia
• Currently possess an active General Level 1 Insurance License
