Partner Success Manager – Community Impact

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Plays a vital role as a project manager, assisting customers in reaching their strategic goals.

• Acts as the intermediary between customers and the FoundationCCC ecosystem.

• Ensures the optimization and collaboration of Foundation business units to provide exceptional service to clients.

• Delivers essential project management support for initiatives such as community outreach and awareness campaigns, along with call center and helpdesk operations.

• Manages project-level communication with internal teams and partner contacts.

• Builds trust and credibility as a reliable liaison with both internal and external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant BA/BS degree, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.

• At least five (5) years of progressive experience in managing program/system implementation or client/project management.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an educational or nonprofit setting is preferred.
