This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the onboarding processes for partners.
• Develop enablement materials, including documentation, guides, playbooks, and sales kits.
• Design and revise partner presentations, demonstrations, and technical resources.
• Arrange training sessions and webinars for partners.
• Ensure that partners have continuous access to the latest product and commercial information.
• Maintain consistent communication with current partners.
• Assist partners in qualifying customer opportunities.
• Provide support to partners during initial sales engagements.
• Coordinate necessary internal resources for partners.
• Monitor partner activities, certifications, and business strategies.
• Identify obstacles that hinder partners' productivity.
• Assess incoming partnership proposals.
• Evaluate new partners against OpenNebula’s partner criteria.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for approved partners.
• Keep the partner pipeline and CRM data current.
• Aid partners in crafting customer proposals.
• Assist in tailoring presentations for customer meetings.
• Create joint solution overviews and reference architectures.
• Ensure the partner portal and documentation remain updated.
• Manage communications with partners.
• Monitor partner KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Gather partner feedback and coordinate internal enhancements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and project management expertise.
• Proficient in creating professional documentation and presentations.
• Process-driven and detail-oriented.
• Capable of coordinating efforts across multiple teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, virtualization, or Kubernetes (technical expertise not mandatory).
• 3–7 years of experience in Partner Success, Partner Enablement, Channel Operations, Customer Success, or Technical Marketing.
• Experience with software vendors or infrastructure technology is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and partner programs.
