This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Your role involves increasing referral volume across a range of Float's specialty pharmacy partners.
• You will take complete responsibility for a portfolio of specialty pharmacy accounts, fostering growth through strong relationship-building with User and Detailed Buyers.
• Success will be measured by establishing Float as the preferred partner to enhance referral volume on a quarterly basis.
• You will manage quarterly referral targets for Existing Target Accounts (ETAs) and Geo Expansion Target Accounts (GTAs).
• You will have the freedom to decide how to engage with your accounts, which growth strategies to implement, and where to focus your efforts to optimize portfolio growth.
• This position is fully remote, with expected travel to partner sites for in-person discovery, relationship building, and product demonstrations.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, partner success, or sales positions within B2B healthcare, SaaS, or healthcare services.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or complex clinical services.
• A proven history of managing and achieving volume, revenue, or GMV growth targets across a portfolio of over 20 accounts; you can naturally discuss the outcomes you've achieved.
• Established ability to formulate growth-oriented strategies: diagnosing underperformance in accounts, creating a plan to address issues, and measuring results.
• Capability to analyze individual accounts to identify patterns and opportunities across the portfolio.
• Experience in onboarding and training users on products with a demonstrable impact on usage metrics.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; equally adept at presenting to leadership or troubleshooting with frontline teams.
• Comfortable extracting and analyzing account-level data to pinpoint performance gaps, track portfolio health, and make informed decisions; you excel in analytics dashboards and can convey numerical insights into a coherent narrative.
• Ability to learn technical products and convey their features to diverse audiences.
• A collaborative team player with a consultative approach focused on achieving outcomes and addressing partner challenges.
• Experience in a startup environment or comfort with uncertainty, rapid change, and building from the ground up.
• Self-motivated and proactive; you identify and tackle challenges before they are reflected in the data.
• Experience working with quotas or variable compensation linked to growth outcomes.
• Previous experience as an early team member on a customer success or account management team where you contributed to building and scaling the function.
