This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Cultivate and maintain the partner network
• Oversee a portfolio of reseller and white-label partners
• Assist with partner onboarding and their clientele
• Foster partner relationships, showcase new features, and ensure their effective adoption
• Identify potential risks and opportunities to enhance satisfaction, retention, and growth within the indirect channel
• Organize and lead Partner Success initiatives
• Track partner performance through key metrics and HubSpot analytics
• Implement and refine structured tracking within HubSpot
• Establish necessary processes, tools, and best practices to scale operations
• Suggest enhancements to organizational methods, workflows, and partner experiences
• Manage and develop the team
• Mentor and enhance the skills of the current team
• Supervise the team’s KPIs
• Take part in recruitment and shaping the future Partner Success team
• Contribute to the overall growth strategy
• Collaborate closely with Alliances, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, and Product teams
• Champion a vision for the development of the partner network
• Assist in structuring the function in a rapidly growing context
• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Alliances, or Channel Management in a SaaS, Tech, or scale-up setting
• Experience in a management role or as a Team Lead
• Proficient in HubSpot (experience in creating workflows and processes is essential)
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Meal vouchers (Tickets-Restaurants) valued at €9 per day, with a 60% employer contribution
• The first Friday afternoon of each month off, provided by the company, in addition to 11 days of RTT (extra time-off days)
• 2 days of remote work (after 2 months of tenure)
