This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary point of contact for publisher partners from an assigned account list.
• Cultivate relationships across sales, media planning, marketing, content, and research teams.
• Assist partners in discovering new revenue opportunities and avenues for business growth using Bombora products and solutions.
• Enable swift deployment and value realization for new roadmap partners, focusing on key use-case adoption within 90 days to 6 months.
• Utilize data storytelling to enhance publisher capabilities for advertising, content marketing, events, and yield optimization.
• Provide support for partner onboarding, product training, consultation, audience data analysis, data integration, and third-party platform utilization.
• Implement data programs including audience segmentation, topic-trend analysis, and data integration into new platforms.
• Address partner concerns, manage escalations, and coordinate resources for complex issues.
• Assist in achieving revenue goals with commercial partners alongside the Head of Global Data Partnerships.
• Oversee performance metrics such as adoption rates and contribution scores.
• Collaborate with publishers and internal teams on new Bombora data use cases, including AI-driven solutions and workflows.
• Apply Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI or agentic capabilities to projects, research, analysis, data storytelling, and problem resolution.
• Identify scalable workflows where AI can enhance quality, speed, or scalability.
• Test AI prototypes and share successful practices, prompts, workflows, and insights.
• Utilize Slack, LinkedIn, webinars, newsletters, Saleshood, and other tools to promote Co-op participation and engagement.
• 5+ years of experience in media and advertising, including time spent at a publishing company.
• 5+ years in client-facing roles within business development, account management, and/or customer success.
• A strong passion for “storytelling” with data.
• Curious, creative, and adept at problem-solving.
• Experience in pre/post-sale processes, including planning, activation, and measurement of media campaigns.
• Proven AI fluency and a readiness to explore emerging AI capabilities.
• Experience with SaaS or Ad Technology companies is advantageous.
• Proficient in Looker, PowerPoint, Excel, Sheets, Slides, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Asana, Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Outreach, Adobe Analytics, DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, and DMPs.
