This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage the comprehensive technical onboarding and integration process for strategic third-party partners utilizing CAPI, web SDK, and APIs.
• Assist advertisers and partners in the accurate implementation of Axon's tracking and data infrastructure, proactively identifying and correcting misconfigurations before they affect performance.
• Act as the main technical contact for partner-specific issues during new integration pilot projects, including API flows and sandbox/testing environments.
• Promote adoption by simplifying complex technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Investigate, replicate, and resolve technical issues related to web SDK, CAPI, and API integrations, identifying root causes through data analysis.
• Query and visualize large datasets to detect anomalies, performance declines, attribution discrepancies, and integration edge cases.
• Develop internal tools and scripts to enhance troubleshooting, automate validation processes, and expedite partner debugging.
• Recognize patterns in partner issues and translate recurring friction points into specific product improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with AppLovin's engineering teams to design and prioritize solutions for integration challenges at scale.
• Serve as a bridge between partners and our internal engineering teams, ensuring partner feedback directly shapes product and API roadmap decisions.
• Support new integration pilots with partners, managing sandbox validation and proactively resolving issues so that core engineering can concentrate on development.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional software engineering experience, with production-quality code in dynamic settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong background in web-based integrations: experience with CAPI, server-side tracking, APIs, pixels, or similar ad tech infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or general-purpose programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar) with the capability to independently build lightweight tools.
• Experience in querying large datasets using SQL; comfortable working directly with data to debug, validate, and extract insights.
• Clear and precise written communicator, equally adept in both internal technical discussions and external communications with partners.
