This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the main operational contact for partner inquiries and everyday business requirements.

• Assist partners with queries regarding: products and their availability, orders and deliveries, lead times and shipment updates, CRM system processes, opportunity management, escalations, and complaint resolution.

• Serve as a reliable intermediary between partners and internal teams to guarantee clear communication and swift problem-solving.

• Organize activities and communication between partners and internal departments.

• Maintain account details using the CRM system.

• Ensure that opportunities, activities, and overall data within the system are complete and accurate.

• Facilitate the flow of information and provide timely responses to partner inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with Partner Sales Managers to support strategic partner goals, coordinate sales initiatives, and communicate commercial programs with partners.

• Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and elevate the partner experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Internal Sales, Partner Management Support, or Customer Success in a comparable B2B setting.

• Ability to comprehend a customer's request, diagnose the problem, and communicate internally to provide swift and thorough solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and German.

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and managing sales pipelines.

• Strong administrative and operational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Deep understanding of sales processes and their urgency.

• Structured and process-oriented work approach.

• Strong follow-up mindset with the capacity to drive actions to completion.

• High degree of reliability, accountability, and ownership.
