This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• At OneCareer, you will establish our new indirect sales channel to consistently scale our QCG business (subsidized corporate training) through lead partners and resellers.
• Your task is to acquire suitable partners, enable their performance, and manage the channel to achieve clear results—both strategically and operationally—with high ownership and direct reporting to the Head of Sales.
• You will develop our indirect sales channel by identifying, qualifying, and recruiting lead partners and resellers.
• You will determine which partners we collaborate with and which we do not.
• You will manage both categories of partners: pure lead providers (who deliver qualified, deal-ready leads for us to close) and selling resellers (who close deals independently), each with tailored terms and enablement.
• You will be accountable for commission and contract models: negotiating terms, finalizing agreements, and ensuring that incentives remain aligned for both parties in the long run.
• You will lead the onboarding and enablement of partners, providing training on the product portfolio, QCG, funding logic, and sales materials.
• You will oversee each partner's performance through regular pipeline and business reviews, along with a clear performance framework.
• You will handle lead ownership and channel conflict by establishing deal registration and clear lead-ownership rules, ensuring partners are distinctly separated from each other and from the internal funnel, while maintaining streamlined escalation paths.
• You will serve as the liaison to Sales, ensuring smooth lead handovers and effective collaboration with our internal teams.
• You will closely collaborate with the Head of Sales, focusing on reporting, shaping channel strategy, and providing insights on CRM and process matters.
• Several years of experience in partner management, channel sales, key account management, or B2B sales, preferably in a consultative setting.
• Demonstrated successes in establishing and managing partner or reseller networks: you can specifically indicate which partners you secured, the business they generated, and how you enhanced their performance.
• Experience with deal registration, lead-ownership rules, and resolving channel conflicts: you have not only established and enforced these rules but have also actively applied them.
• Familiarity with subsidized or complex business models: knowledge of QCG or public funding is a plus.
• Commercial acumen: you think in terms of pipeline, conversion, and unit economics, and negotiate commissions effectively without compromising.
• Ownership mentality: this role is not simply about 'managing partners'—you will design and expand a sales channel.
• Proficient use of HubSpot (or a similar CRM): you are capable of configuring pipelines, interpreting reports, and using the system proactively.
• Excellent command of the German language: all partner and customer interactions will be conducted in German.
• Monthly benefits budget of €100: flexible utilization for Urban Sports Club, internet allowance, meal subsidies, various vouchers, and more.
• 31 paid vacation days.
• Travel support: we organize and cover the costs for our regular strategy and team events.
• High-quality Apple equipment and modern tools are provided.
• Professional onboarding: even if we don’t meet every day, you will be fully integrated from day one.
• Maximum freedom with roots: enjoy the best of both worlds. We are a remote-first company but, depending on the role, we encourage meetups up to 3 times per month.
