📋 Description

• Develop and manage the channel growth strategy for a national partner reseller.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the overall growth of the partner account.

• Collaborate with Ivanti Sales to nurture and expand new customer opportunities.

• Take ownership of the partner business plan, including executive contact prospecting, enablement, and field execution for your partner.

• Create and implement lead generation strategies to empower partner sales initiatives and service support teams in achieving shared goals and growth.

• Establish senior-level field relationships and gain support for your initiatives. This includes activities such as call blitzes, lunch and learns, and other events that introduce Ivanti to new partner contacts and customers for lead capture and nurturing.

• Equip partner B2B teams to effectively position and sell Ivanti solutions across their customer base.

• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and coordinate technical enablement, including demo portal training for partner sellers.

• Assist Ivanti sales teams (and other internal teams) as needed in engaging and succeeding as a strategic partner. Guide effective joint sales strategies and provide individual deal support on large or strategic opportunities, including assistance with custom quoting and ordering processes to ensure timely success.

• Lead and facilitate the introduction of new Ivanti solutions within the partner's vertical sales teams and technical overlays.

• General Channel Management responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, business reviews, and supporting internal teams such as marketing, operations, OM & AR.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in channel management and/or enterprise sales with WWT/Softchoice, CDW, or SHI.

• Self-motivated and proactive partner leader willing to take initiative.

• Results-oriented, focusing on outcomes rather than mere output.

• Team-oriented, with the ability to garner personal support from colleagues.

• Strong work ethic and dedication to quality.

• Disciplined, organized, and methodical in executing tasks and activities.

• Prudent in the utilization of company resources within a budget.

• Effective in collaborating with both IT and business professionals.

• Comfortable working with networking, security, messaging, and device management personnel.

• Capable of presenting to both individual contributors and executives.

• Experience and ability to work independently in remote office settings.

• Able to engage with senior levels of organizations.

• Quick learner with the ability to navigate multiple systems and resources effectively.

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.

• Minimum of five years' experience selling enterprise software solutions, enterprise security solutions, or enterprise mobile security solutions.

• At least five years of B2B channel management experience or VAR channel experience.

• Direct sales experience (Enterprise, SLED) is an advantage.

• Experience in presenting and demonstrating enterprise software solutions to both technical and business audiences.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
