This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and enhance current MSSP partner relationships through effective account management and relationship cultivation.
• Propel revenue growth within designated partner accounts by pinpointing expansion opportunities and cross-selling potential.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders within existing MSSP partners to achieve business goals.
• Acquire knowledge and effectively convey CrowdStrike's value proposition to facilitate MSSP partner success and account growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Operations, Services, Customer Support) to bolster sales initiatives.
• Team up with Solutions Architects (SAs) to comprehend technical requirements and assist in closing deals.
• Keep precise account and opportunity data in Salesforce.com.
• Design and implement account plans to optimize wallet share within current MSSP partnerships.
• Craft value-driven presentations and proposals to foster upsell opportunities.
• Assess account health and partner satisfaction to ensure sustainable partnership success.
• 1-3 years of experience in technology sales with quota responsibility.
• Preference for experience in account management or customer success.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Required experience in SaaS/software sales environments.
• Necessary understanding of the managed services or cybersecurity industry.
• Technical adeptness and proven ability to grasp complex business and technical concepts.
• Exceptional organizational skills and capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing quota targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a must).
