
Partner Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Oversee daily partner sales interactions, including managing the sales pipeline and deals, while ensuring the commercial success of partnerships by collaborating closely with regional sales leaders to align initiatives with local objectives.
• Recognize pipeline deficiencies and formulate action plans in partnership with sales leadership.
• Participate in strategic account planning discussions with partners and internal teams.
• Direct regional and account-specific sales co-selling initiatives.
• Support sales participation in region-centric events, such as webinars and dinners, and work together on regional marketing campaigns with partners.
• Monitor partner performance to ensure that regional and solution commercial objectives are achieved.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in software, SaaS, and/or consulting, particularly in selling to large enterprise commercial clients.
• Significant experience in selling solutions via partner channels.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Previous experience in managing relationships between global consulting firms and software providers.
• Demonstrated success as a partner or solution seller.
• Proven capability to create and implement strategies involving multiple stakeholders.
• Self-driven with a strong inclination for action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to identify effective ways to develop and implement strategies successfully.
• Skill in engaging and collaborating with senior leaders and external partners.
• Proficient in negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and manage various processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong judgment and creative problem-solving/critical thinking abilities.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong ability to adapt work approaches based on business needs.
