Partner Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily discussions with partners regarding sales, including managing the pipeline and deals, ensuring the commercial success of partnerships by collaborating closely with regional sales leaders to align efforts with local objectives.

• Identify gaps in the pipeline and create action plans in conjunction with sales leadership.

• Participate in strategic account planning sessions alongside partners and internal teams.

• Spearhead sales co-selling initiatives at both regional and account levels.

• Support sales efforts during region-focused events, such as webinars and dinners, and work together with partners on regional marketing initiatives.

• Monitor partner performance and guarantee that regional and solution commercial objectives are achieved.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of relevant experience in software, SaaS, or consulting, including selling to large enterprise commercial clients.

• Significant experience in selling solutions via partner channels.

• A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

• Proficiency in both Italian and English.

• Prior experience managing relationships between global consulting firms and software vendors.

• Demonstrated capability as a partner or solution seller.

• Proven track record of developing and executing strategies involving multiple stakeholders.

• Self-driven with a strong inclination towards action, results, and continuous improvement.

• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix-oriented environment is essential (including but not limited to sales, services, product, customer success, marketing, and operations).

• Ability to identify effective strategies for development and execution.

• Competence in engaging and collaborating with senior leaders and external partners.

• Strong negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and managing various processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving/critical thinking skills.

• Excels in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong ability to adapt work approaches based on business needs.
