This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the daily execution of global sales and channel enablement initiatives, encompassing program design, training facilitation, content curation, delivery, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor and report on key success metrics and KPIs to illustrate ROI and the overall influence of enablement initiatives on sales productivity and performance.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of sales playbook development, from design and creation to delivery and training, in close collaboration with frontline sales teams, sales operations, and product development.
• Collaborate with sales and channel leaders to identify and prioritize enablement requirements across learning, content, and related domains.
• Implement, maintain, and provide training on sales enablement tools, including Salesforce, Partner Portal, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Revenue Operations to improve sales processes and foster awareness and adoption of enablement programs.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to tailor enablement content, optimize training delivery, and enhance partner engagement.
• Continuously seek out and adopt innovative enablement strategies, technologies, and best practices to remain ahead of industry trends.
• Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and digital transformation within the sales and partner ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or a related role within the software or technology sector.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering enablement programs for global or regional sales and channel teams.
• Strong comprehension of sales processes, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proficiency with sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LMS, Partner Portals).
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to analyze data and assess program effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics.
