This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue objectives, with explicit accountability for outcomes.
• Proactively identify, nurture, and expedite joint opportunities alongside Workday and Elmo Account Executives.
• Facilitate deal execution, encompassing account alignment, partner engagement, next steps, and diligent follow-through from opportunity inception to closure.
• Maintain a structured partner operating rhythm, which includes weekly pipeline assessments, deal reviews, and forecasting updates.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the pipeline, upholding clean data and dependable forecasts in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
• Integrate partnerships into frontline sales, ensuring AEs and SDRs effectively utilize Workday and Elmo in active deals.
• Provide direct support for active deals by participating in customer discussions, shaping deal strategies, and coordinating partner involvement to enhance close rates.
• Monitor performance against objectives, swiftly identify any gaps, and implement corrective measures to remain on track.
• Over 5 years of experience in partnerships within the enterprise SaaS sector.
• Proven track record of accountability for pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Practical experience within the Workday ecosystem.
• Strong skills in deal management, follow-through, and execution discipline.
• Capability to work independently with a heightened sense of urgency.
• Experience in supporting co-sell initiatives linked to enterprise sales teams.
