Partner Relationship Manager, Clinic Groups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire sales process with veterinary practices, including larger, multi-location accounts, from lead generation and cold-calling to demonstrations, closing, and onboarding.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within accounts, such as clinic leaders, practice managers, veterinarians, and decision-makers for multi-location setups.

• Actively identify solutions to customer pain points and needs by effectively communicating the advantages of Koala’s home delivery pharmacy solution.

• Assist in the onboarding and integration of new clinic partners, ensuring a seamless experience across individual practices and larger account groups.

• Stay updated on industry trends and the evolving demands of the animal health and veterinary sectors.

• Deliver a top-tier experience for prospects and partners through proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and strong follow-through.

• Recognize that every interaction is more than just resolving a single issue; it’s a chance to build trust, enhance relationships, and create an enjoyable experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience or B2B sales experience, ideally in the Animal Health Industry.

• At least 1 year of experience managing larger, multi-location accounts.

• Experience in Veterinary/Pet care is highly preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Passion for animals is not mandatory, but certainly an advantage!
