This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver daily operational assistance for Motive's tradeshow and events portfolio.
• Assist with partner marketing initiatives, Networks team gatherings, and public sector exhibitions.
• Manage pre-show and post-show checklists, deadlines, responsibilities, and status updates in Asana and the events calendar.
• Oversee booth assets, promotional items, and collateral, including inventory management, shipping, tracking, returns, and reorders.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, vendor onboarding, W-9 forms, certificates of insurance, and budget tracking.
• Submit and monitor requests for registration pages, pre-show and post-show emails, and Salesforce campaign setups.
• Format post-show lead lists for transfer to Data Quality and Marketing Operations.
• Compile registration, attendance, and scanning data into standardized post-event reports.
• Organize hotel blocks, badges, registrations, and deadline reminders for internal participants.
• Provide onsite support, including booth setup, teardown, and coordination on the event day.
• Track partner, Networks, and public sector program requirements, including sponsorship commitments, association memberships and renewals, exhibitor and speaker submissions, procurement forms, and compliance documentation.
• Report to the Manager of Events Marketing and collaborate with Events, Field, and Partner Marketing Managers.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, operations, or a similar coordination role; internship and campus event experience are valid.
• Strong organizational abilities with experience managing checklists, trackers, and deadlines under the guidance of a program lead.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear and prompt written communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and event registration platforms; previous experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Reliability under pressure and composure when plans change.
• Capability to stand and walk for extended periods on event days.
• Ability to lift and transport event materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.
• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
