Partner Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the relationship with Cresta’s Partners while collaborating with the internal Partner Team.

• Function as a trusted advisor to partners, assisting them in investing in and expanding their Cresta practice.

• Guide partners in establishing collaborative, long-term relationships.

• Act as the main point of contact for technology and solution partners.

• Create partner success plans that enhance partner self-sufficiency.

• Design and implement onboarding and continuous enablement programs.

• Work alongside partners to define and execute joint go-to-market strategies.

• Align partner business goals with Cresta's capabilities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful partner outcomes.

• Partner with sales teams to support opportunities sourced by partners.

• Track and enhance solution adoption and partner performance metrics.

• Identify and address technical gaps reported by partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Partner Success, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Partner Relationship Management.

• More than 5 years of experience in the Contact Center industry.

• Experience collaborating with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology settings.

• Proven ability to develop platform expertise and engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences.

• Capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Documented ability to collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Exceptional communication skills — capable of clearly explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
