
Partner Operations Lead – International Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee the global implementation of our strategic partnerships and proactively drive expansion into new markets.
• You will manage the entire launch process (Tech, Commercial, Localization, Marketing, Customer Success) and collaborate confidently with both international partners and internal teams.
• You will coordinate a complex stakeholder landscape simultaneously: international partner headquarters and partner teams in target markets — both strategically and operationally with internal Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal teams.
• You will ensure the launch is executed as planned: overseeing tech integrations (APIs, accounting systems, e-invoicing frameworks) as they progress through the product pipeline.
• You will be responsible for post-launch performance: providing monthly reports to the partner (activation, revenue, pipeline).
• You possess 6–10 years of experience in the enterprise partnership domain — preferably with a Tier-1 financial services provider, banking institution, payment processor, or a similar regulated organization.
• You have a solid understanding of corporate cadence and can negotiate effectively at the C-level.
• You have successfully executed at least one multi-market launch in the EU — involving two or more countries, rather than a single country.
• You are knowledgeable about the challenges posed by differing regulations, languages, and local organizations.
• You are fluent in German and English — in addition to at least one other European language at a negotiation level.
• You are proficient with technology.
• You operate in a data-driven manner. Forecasts, pipeline, and activation metrics are guiding tools for you, rather than just reporting obligations.
