Partner Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between internal operations and partners, efficiently and promptly addressing operational, systemic, or process challenges;

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new partners, ensuring their seamless integration and alignment with the client's standards and practices;

• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance processes, reduce expenses, and mitigate risks within partnerships, fostering continuous operational advancement;

• Oversee financial disbursements, billing, and operations within portals or integrated systems, ensuring compliance throughout all activities;

• Analyze data received from partners, cross-check it with internal databases, evaluate potential, and support the formulation of Business Plans for each partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field;

• Completion of additional courses or certifications in data analysis, operations management, or related fields;

• Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for managing complex operational scenarios involving partners;

• Advanced Excel skills, along with familiarity with tools like Databricks and Power BI;

• Capability to cross-reference information and manage multiple data sources;

• Proactive mindset with a desire to seek technical insights and collaborate on integrations within Customer Success operations;

• Commercial/business insight with the ability to grasp partner needs and align solutions for optimal operational efficiency;

• Prior experience in operations, ideally with indirect channels such as resellers or distributors;

• Understanding of contract management and financial processes, with the ability to manage and operate within integrated platforms;

• Familiarity with data analysis and assisting in the creation of Business Plans using strategic information;

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment with an emphasis on efficiency and continuous improvement.
