• Assist with onsite execution and resolve logistical challenges as they arise.

• Aid in the collection and formatting of lead lists.

• Ensure the accurate and prompt flow of data to sales teams.

• Assist in the execution and upkeep of partner marketing programs.

• Contribute to partner marketing strategies aimed at growth and maintaining phase accounts.

• Collaborate with demand generation and strategic partner initiatives.

• Help prioritize and monitor tasks according to business impact and strategic objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in event marketing.

• Proven experience in supporting events, vendors, and logistics.

• Strong skills in project management and organization.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to execution.

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
