Partner Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with industry brands that align with shared brand positioning and market presence.

• Support day-to-day co-marketing efforts and brand strategies for key industry and brand partners.

• Incorporate ServiceTitan's signature programs and event platforms into partnership collaborations.

• Develop content and campaigns that enhance ServiceTitan's brand visibility within the trades industry.

• Generate earned media opportunities and co-branded storytelling initiatives.

• Organize speaking engagements, panels, and event opportunities at events hosted by partners.

• Monitor and report on brand sentiment, earned media reach, partner-driven audience engagement, and content co-creation outcomes.

• Work in partnership with Communications, Executive Marketing, and partner marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across the partner ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, partner marketing, communications, or similar roles.

• Experience with partnerships that prioritize brand-first strategies.

• A proven history of creating co-marketing initiatives or brand campaigns with external partners.

• Strong storytelling abilities and a keen sense for brand development.

• Exceptional project management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple partner relationships effectively at the same time.

• Experience functioning in cross-functional and matrixed environments.

• Strong communication skills and confidence in representing ServiceTitan.

• Familiarity with marketing technology and analytics platforms.

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, and other marketing tech platforms is an advantage.
