This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement regional partner marketing strategies that enhance business growth, generate demand, and boost partner engagement across Europe and international markets.
• Create annual marketing plans in collaboration with key distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to achieve joint business goals and expand market presence.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and global marketing functions to synchronize partner activities with go-to-market priorities and the overall company strategy.
• Tailor global campaigns and marketing programs into locally relevant initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of various markets and partner ecosystems.
• Organize and execute partner-centric activities, including events, conferences, roadshows, enablement programs, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Foster strong relationships with channel partners by offering marketing support, resources, training materials, and campaign assets to facilitate their success.
• Oversee MDF and partner marketing investments, ensuring effective budget management, governance, and measurable return on investment.
• Monitor and evaluate partner marketing performance, leveraging KPIs and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand generation teams to maintain consistent messaging and ensure a seamless experience for partners and customers.
• Disseminate learnings, best practices, and successful initiatives across regions to support scalable partner marketing programs.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner or channel marketing, preferably in a technology, SaaS, education, or B2B context.
• Strong comprehension of partner ecosystems, indirect sales channels, and collaboration with distributors, resellers, or strategic partners.
• Proven experience in developing and executing partner marketing plans, go-to-market strategies, and co-marketing campaigns across various regions.
• Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are advantageous.
• Demonstrated capability to manage MDF programs, marketing budgets, and partner investments while assessing performance and ROI.
• Experience in executing successful campaigns across digital, virtual, and in-person channels, including partner events and enablement initiatives.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, demand generation, and external partners.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or partner management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable tools).
• Strong project management abilities, with capacity to juggle multiple priorities across different markets.
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset, capable of utilizing data and insights to enhance marketing performance.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in international or matrix organizations.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to question existing processes, propose enhancements, and drive innovative ideas.
