This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement SOCi’s partner marketing strategy, including co-marketing initiatives, webinars, and co-branded content.
• Activate partner-driven customer advocacy by highlighting case studies, referrals, and testimonials that enhance conversion rates and build prospect confidence.
• Organize partner events, sponsorships, and activations with a focus on achieving clear ROI and pipeline objectives.
• Manage the daily operations of MDF (market development funds), SPIFFs, and partner incentive programs, monitoring expenditures against returns.
• Provide recommendations and straightforward business cases for areas to invest partner marketing efforts, along with projected pipeline impacts.
• Modify SOCi’s sales and product materials—such as decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demos, and case studies—into partner-ready, co-branded, and white-labeled formats that partners can use confidently to promote SOCi.
• Create scalable templates and a self-service resource hub to facilitate consistent adaptations across multiple partners without starting from scratch each time.
• Design interactive, self-guided product demonstrations (e.g., Navattic) for partner-driven sales and training.
• Produce partner training and onboarding materials that ensure consistent product knowledge, positioning, and brand representation throughout the ecosystem.
• Utilize AI tools to draft, modify, and localize partner marketing and enablement materials more efficiently, transforming multi-day asset creation into same-day turnaround.
• Develop and maintain a reusable library of AI workflows and prompts to ensure the team consistently produces on-brand, partner-ready assets at scale.
• Oversee partner communications, including newsletters, product and roadmap updates, and contributions to business reviews, to enhance engagement and retention.
• Act as a key liaison across Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Brand, ensuring alignment of partner priorities and relaying partner feedback to Product.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, focusing on campaigns, content, or demand programs.
• Direct experience with partner/channel marketing or ecosystems.
• Strong ownership mentality—capable of taking marketing initiatives from concept to execution and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Excellent hands-on content creation skills—able to create campaigns, modify presentations, or tailor materials for new audiences, ensuring they are polished and aligned with branding.
• Proficient in utilizing AI to accelerate content production and adaptation, with the ability to establish repeatable workflows for others to follow.
• Comfortable taking ownership of key metrics—such as pipeline, ARR, or engagement targets—and reporting on progress.
• Open to adapting job responsibilities as necessary based on business needs and accepting additional duties as assigned.
