This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Lead and manage co-marketing initiatives with Microsoft that are aligned with Intel's branding strategies.
• Assess market trends and analyze competitive programs.
• Oversee multi-region and global marketing campaigns.
• Assist partners in effectively utilizing Market Development Funds (MDF).
• Create metrics to evaluate marketing expenditures and return on investment.
• Collaborate with Global Field Sales, Business Groups, and both global and regional marketing and sales teams.
• Cultivate relationships with Microsoft’s marketing and sales organizations.
• Drive integrated 4P go-to-market strategies that support revenue objectives of account teams.
• Align Intel’s and Microsoft’s sales and marketing teams on investment and execution strategies.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies across the investment portfolio.
• Lead marketers in creating co-branded campaigns, integrating product messaging, and producing competitive content.
• Direct co-marketing programs in collaboration with partners and Intel's Industry Sales team.
• Establish and oversee partner participation requirements for promotional activities.
• Evaluate and manage strategic business opportunities with partners.
• Monitor competitive marketing programs and channel dynamics among partners.
• Ensure partner marketing communications and content are in line with Intel's brand strategies.
• Report on partner marketing expenditures, ROI, and key performance metrics to leadership.
• Motivate teams through goal-setting, accountability, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with over 8 years of relevant experience.
• More than 5 years in a customer-facing role within a global sales or marketing organization.
• Proven track record in executing co-marketing programs and campaigns on a global level.
• Proficient in analyzing marketing metrics and deriving actionable insights.
• Demonstrated capability in managing Market Development Funds (MDF) and effective partner relationships.
• Strong understanding of competitive programs, market trends, and channel dynamics.
• Willingness to travel at least once a quarter.
• Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships with partners and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and achieve results.
• Expertise in presenting to senior stakeholders.
