This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns aimed at enhancing market awareness, engagement, sales readiness, and demand.
• Oversee the marketing relationship with a strategic partner at Connection.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the partner's needs, priorities, and objectives.
• Lead the creation and management of the marketing plan for Connection and its strategic partner, along with integrated marketing activities.
• Formulate plans that convert goals and priorities into marketing campaigns with meticulously coordinated tactical approaches.
• Take ownership of marketing campaigns from the initial idea through to completion.
• Create and implement highly effective themes, positioning, and messaging.
• Supervise planning, budgeting, execution, and tracking/reporting of campaigns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the strategic partner to access all marketing resources at Connection.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management regarding vendor considerations and the advancement of Connection’s relationship with the strategic partner.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing.
• Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within hardware, software, and/or services in a channel marketing framework.
• Proven capability to convert business strategies and objectives into an integrated marketing plan with clearly defined goals, solutions, messaging, and coordinated campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships, with a history of successfully influencing stakeholders both within the company and at the strategic partner organization.
• Experience in driving plans from conception through to execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A metrics-driven marketing mindset paired with a flair for creativity.
• Self-motivated, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, along with the ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets.
