This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Partnership Building & Development: You will identify, acquire, and cultivate strategic partnerships, especially in tax advisory, financial services, and DATEV-related ecosystems.
β’ Partner Enablement & Sales Support: You will actively assist our partners in marketing our solutions and collaboratively create sales strategies to enhance scalability.
β’ Consulting & Process Enhancement: You will evaluate partners' current structures and assist in optimizing processes for greater efficiency and digitization.
β’ Training & Workshops: You will conduct training sessions on our products and sales techniques (e.g., handling objections) to empower partners for sustainable success.
β’ Performance Tracking & Reporting: You will monitor partner activities, derive actionable insights, and contribute to the development of a scalable, automated commission structure.
β’ A minimum of three years of experience in partner, account, or sales management, preferably within the software, SaaS, or TaxTech sectors.
β’ Prior experience collaborating with tax advisors, financial service providers, or in DATEV-related settings is advantageous.
β’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a confident demeanor when engaging with diverse stakeholders.
β’ A high degree of ownership, a structured approach to work, and a passion for driving initiatives forward.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to quickly grasp complex relationships and translate them into effective solutions.
β’ Willingness to travel and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
