• Identify, research, and target new Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, and strategic partners.
• Implement a consistent outbound strategy with a goal of 30–50 touches per week.
• Manage the complete partner funnel: from sourcing and outreach to discovery and finalized agreements.
• Transform signed partners into active revenue generators.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, enablement training, and co-selling initiatives.
• Participate in partner sales calls and assist in live deal cycles with end customers.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners, such as distributors and resellers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), pipeline assessments, and collaborative marketing efforts.
• Ensure accountability for partner-generated pipeline and outcomes.
• Offer insights regarding pricing, positioning, and product requirements.
• Discover new ecosystem opportunities, including BPOs, HR platforms, and distributors.
• Document all partner activities and transactions in HubSpot.
• Keep pipeline visibility and forecasting accurate.
• Guarantee that partner contributions to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) are measurable and verifiable.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and partner sourcing.
• Experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in:
• - Workforce management
• - HR technology, payroll, or Employer of Record (EOR)
• - Time tracking or productivity tools
• - IT services or MSP ecosystem
• Direct experience in selling to or working within LATAM markets.
• Solid understanding of MSP/reseller ecosystems in the region.
• Existing partner relationships are highly advantageous.
• Fluent in Spanish (native or professional level).
• Proficiency in Portuguese is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable leading discovery sessions, demonstrations, and co-selling discussions.
• Strong commercial acumen in structuring partner deals.
• Ability to work independently in a non-structured environment.
