This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Take ownership of the partner strategy in Italy, aiming for sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance a robust network of retail partners and dealers.
• Discover and cultivate new sales channels and partnership opportunities.
• Assist partners with pricing, offers, and deal structures, while actively following up on projects.
• Maintain consistent communication through regular check-ins, visits, and pipeline management.
• Plan and implement product training sessions, in-store activities, and local marketing initiatives.
• Organize and represent Berlin Acoustics at significant trade fairs and events in Italy.
• Ensure the effective use of showrooms or partner spaces for meetings and customer visits.
• Collect market insights and feedback to enhance products, positioning, and processes.
• Keep CRM systems (Odoo) updated and assist partners with after-sales inquiries.
• Work closely with local sales agents or partners on acquisition and execution strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within Italy.
• Demonstrated experience in partnership, channel, or key account management.
• Ideally, experience in the office furniture, interiors, or a manufacturer-driven setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A structured, reliable, and hands-on approach to work.
• High level of ownership, motivation, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Odoo or similar platforms.
• An interest in processes and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience in organizing events, trade fairs, or other customer-facing activities.
• Fluent or native-level proficiency in Italian with strong English language skills.
• A fully remote position based in Italy, ensuring strong market proximity.
• Regular travel throughout Italy with all travel and accommodation expenses covered.
