This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take charge of establishing and expanding the Shopware partner ecosystem within France.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new digital agencies, system integrators, and solution partners (hunting) that align with our strategic market positioning.
• Develop and nurture existing partner relationships (farming) with a focus on long-term collaboration and revenue enhancement.
• Formulate and implement a scalable partner strategy for the French market in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Be accountable for meeting pipeline targets within your partner portfolio.
• Empower partners through structured onboarding, training, joint business planning, and ongoing performance management.
• Implement joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing activities, and local ecosystem events to enhance brand visibility and stimulate demand.
• Continuously assess the French e-commerce landscape, competitive environment, and partner potential to refine our market strategy.
• Over 3 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or a similar role within the ecosystem sector.
• Demonstrated success in market development, partner acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of the French e-commerce market, system integrators, and the digital agency landscape.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to work independently in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with a practical approach to execution.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at both executive and operational levels.
• Professional proficiency in French and English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
