Partner Manager, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and seek out new partnerships that align with the company's business goals within the designated region.

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in prospective partner organizations while maintaining ongoing communication to ensure successful collaborations.

• Continuously evaluate and analyze the performance of partnerships, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to optimize outcomes.

• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with potential partners, ensuring that the terms are advantageous for both sides.

• Oversee existing partnerships, ensuring continuous communication and effective collaboration to foster growth and mutual value.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive environments, and market conditions to discover new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner management or business development, specifically within the DACH Region.

• Demonstrated success in acquiring and nurturing fruitful partnerships.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the capacity to establish and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Proficient in German and English, with additional languages such as Spanish, French, and Dutch being advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI tools, their capabilities, and limitations, along with the ability to translate this knowledge into tangible value for partners and customers.
