This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients while building robust relationships with our channel partners.
• Collaborate with partners to devise and execute strategies that cater to the specific needs and priorities of different countries.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns against established goals (ROI and KPIs) and refine strategies based on key metrics.
• Identify and analyze campaign performance and customer success to uncover new sales prospects or strengthen relationships with key customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand sales, creative, and operational teams, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AdOps, Analytics, QA, Creative, and Sales to ensure the effective performance and execution of campaigns.
• Establish a close partnership with clients and lead strategic initiatives aimed at account growth.
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Economics, Analytics, or Marketing).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Media within an agency, media owner, or Ad Tech Company, demonstrating a history of meeting targets and achieving positive ROI.
• Strong knowledge of the current mobile advertising and monetization landscape.
• Expertise in programmatic advertising.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Capability to simplify complex ad-tech concepts and executions into clear and engaging narratives for agency and brand marketing stakeholders.
