This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with WorkMotion’s global Employer of Record (EOR) partner and supplier network, enabling compliant employment of talents in various countries.
• Support internal WorkMotion teams by addressing partner escalations, directly intervening to resolve operational, high-impact, or high-risk issues, ensuring continuity and accountability throughout the network.
• Serve as the primary contact for all partner-related inquiries, facilitating communication between partners and internal WorkMotion teams regarding escalations, operational changes, and strategic initiatives.
• Assess and analyze partner performance, driving enhancements in service quality, responsiveness, knowledge, compliance, and data integrity.
• Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners.
• Take responsibility for commercial outcomes, including pricing negotiation strategies and partner profitability margin performance.
• Identify and pursue new collaboration opportunities and synergies with both new and existing partners and suppliers throughout the global WorkMotion network.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure that our partner relationships translate into a positive experience for our clients and their employees.
• Maintain and update partner documents, records, and data to guarantee accuracy and readiness for audits.
• Identify and address risks, inefficiencies, or gaps within our partner management systems and internal processes.
• Over 4 years of relevant experience in partner/supplier management, account management, or operations within an Employer of Record (EOR), HR outsourcing, payroll, or global mobility context.
• Exceptional relationship-management abilities, capable of quickly building trust and effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated commercial sense, with experience in supporting or leading pricing, cost structures, or financial decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data, recognize trends, and aid in decision-making.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to independently and creatively overcoming challenges to achieve results.
• Open-minded and entrepreneurial mindset, with the capacity to respond flexibly to a diverse and dynamic range of topics and tasks.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with process automation and AI integration in daily tasks.
