This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive partner reporting, encompassing enrollments, incentives, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate partner announcements while managing enablements and related assets.
• Collaborate with RevOps and HubSpot teams to optimize the billing process.
• Handle shop eligibility data, partner locator onboarding, and activation tracking for Directory-as-a-Service projects.
• Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to convert leads generated by partners.
• Manage daily communications with integration partners and ensure alignment between Product and Engineering teams regarding launch preparedness.
• Assist in beta testing and maintain documentation for internal integrations.
• Lead the onboarding process, address issues, and execute joint initiatives for marketing, loyalty, AI voice, and coaching partners.
• Ensure that Sales and Customer Success teams have the necessary resources, collateral, and knowledge to support and close partner-driven opportunities.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Partnerships.
• 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, channel operations, or ecosystem management within the automotive aftermarket.
• Familiarity with automotive technology, repair SaaS, distribution, or repair networks.
• In-depth understanding of the operational dynamics of independent repair shops, including software evaluation, customer acquisition, and parts purchasing.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Practical experience with CRMs and reporting tools, with a preference for HubSpot.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Existing relationships within the automotive aftermarket or a strong industry network (preferred).
• Direct experience with repair shop management systems, automotive SaaS integrations, or technology ecosystems (preferred).
• Experience in supporting channel partner programs, marketplace platforms, or locator/DaaS networks (preferred).
• Completion of the Wonderlic Assessment is required before the conclusion of the interview process.
