This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a designated portfolio of 100-120 high-potential partner agencies, including a combination of Pantheon's emerging Premier partners.
• Develop and implement tailored account plans for each assigned partner, focusing on joint pipeline objectives, vertical specialization, certification milestones, MDF allocation, and a clear progression path for tier advancement.
• Create vertical-specific go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partner marketing, including ABM Accelerator initiatives, co-branded marketing campaigns, and industry-specific playbooks.
• Identify and address partner challenges proactively, coordinating with cross-functional teams in product, support, finance, and customer success as needed.
• Integrate feedback from the field into program development, assisting in the refinement of MDF policies, tier graduation standards, and playbook enhancements.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliance roles, with a strong preference for agency or services-partner expertise.
• Proven success in developing and expanding a named partner portfolio, with a focus on sourced and influenced revenue rather than merely enrollment statistics.
• Excellent communication skills, establishing credibility with agency founders, CEOs, and senior practice leaders, and comfortable engaging in both executive discussions and technical reviews with engineers.
• Proficient in data analysis, capable of generating reports, identifying trends before they escalate into issues, and proactively incorporating data into discussions.
• Self-motivated and adept at navigating ambiguity, contributing to the development of this newly established program.
• Experience in co-selling, working alongside direct sales teams, managing deal-reg conflicts, and collaborating effectively with Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
• Familiarity with web development agencies or the WordPress/Drupal ecosystem is a significant advantage.
