This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Are you prepared to help shape the future alongside us? Join our Commercial team and play an active role in developing our partner network.
• You will be tasked with creating a nationwide partner and multiplier network as an independent sales channel.
• Collaborating with the Head of Sales, you will formulate strategies, pinpoint new market opportunities, and forge partnerships that sustainably lead to new PV projects.
• Establish strategic partnerships and multiplier networks within the real estate, energy, and ESG sectors.
• Oversee and sustainably nurture existing partner relationships.
• Discover new partner opportunities and unlock additional sales channels.
• Conduct introductory meetings, workshops, and presentations with partners.
• Qualify leads from the partner network and support them through the Sales process until the opportunity stage.
• Keep all partner activities organized and transparent in our CRM system.
• Evaluate market potential, partner segments, and relevant network structures.
• Organize partner events, webinars, and networking sessions.
• Take charge of the success of your partner portfolio based on clearly defined KPIs such as lead volume, pipeline, conversion, and contract signings.
• Generate a continuous flow of leads in collaboration with our partners and contribute measurably to the growth of our sales pipeline.
• Continuously enhance our partner management, including segmentation, activation strategies, and performance monitoring.
• Actively influence GIGA.GREEN’s partner program.
• Develop standardized partner processes, compensation models, and enablement resources.
• Establish strategic collaborations and multiplier programs at the federal (national) level.
• Assist in the development of new market segments and go-to-market strategies.
• Create a scalable partner channel as a fundamental aspect of our commercial organization.
• A university degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate, Energy Management, Sustainability Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with significant professional experience in B2B sales, partner management, or business development.
• Proven experience in establishing and nurturing strategic business partners, multipliers, B2B networks, partner programs, or indirect sales channels.
• Background in complex B2B sales, partner management, or business development – ideally within the energy, real estate, construction, industrial, or consulting sectors.
• Experience in building indirect sales channels or strategic partnerships is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for cultivating long-term business relationships.
• A structured and independent working style with a strong focus on CRM and KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and common office and collaboration tools.
• Fluent German and proficient English skills.
• Willingness to travel within Germany for partner meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
