This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Implement the partner ecosystem strategy to support the region's sales objectives.
• Establish and coordinate a comprehensive partner ecosystem that includes VARs, VADs, Service Delivery Partners, and Technology Alliance Partners.
• Promote partner enablement and engagement to facilitate business expansion and ensure success for both partners and customers.
• Develop, nurture, and strengthen strategic channel partnerships in alignment with regional sales leadership.
• Foster peer-to-peer relationships between ecosystem partners and BeyondTrust.
• Guide the sales team on how to effectively engage with ecosystem partners.
• Support marketing efforts in connecting with ecosystem partners for collaborative campaigns.
• Provide partner sales enablement and coordinate training and certification initiatives for partners.
• Complete joint business plans and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to meet partner business plan objectives.
• Oversee potential channel conflicts and ensure compliance with channel engagement rules.
• Ensure partner adherence to agreements and successful adoption of partner programs.
• Proactively lead joint account mapping efforts with partners.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in partner management within the software security sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with the partner ecosystem in the designated territory.
• Proven capability to build positive and enduring business relationships.
• Experience in strategic joint business planning in collaboration with partners.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• High-energy, self-motivated individual with a strong desire for learning and growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills applicable to all levels within partner organizations.
