Partner Manager, Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage new affiliates, including influencers, YouTubers, trading educators, and communities.

• Design and implement organized outreach campaigns through various channels such as email, direct messages, and LinkedIn.

• Craft persuasive affiliate pitches and presentations.

• Negotiate partnership agreements and commission structures independently.

• Onboard new partners while supplying them with necessary marketing materials.

• Sustain and enhance existing partnerships for long-term success.

• Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including revenue, conversions, and activity.

• Refine commission frameworks and incentive strategies.

• Develop partner resources such as swipe files, creative assets, and landing pages.

• Establish and maintain an organized partner CRM system.

• Analyze and report on the overall performance of the partner channel.

• Represent IQ Capital at industry events and within relevant communities.

• Exceptional persuasion and communication skills in both German and English.

• Proven ability to close deals and confidently negotiate commission structures.

• Understanding of performance-based models, revenue sharing, and KPI-focused partnerships.

• Ideally possess existing connections in the trading, crypto, or finance industries.

• Sales-oriented mindset complemented by empathy in managing relationships.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized — able to work without micromanagement.

• Capable of managing multiple partners concurrently with precise follow-up.
