Partner Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and product consultancy, training, and support to our members as they integrate with our EPI platform.

• Join our engineering team to gain a comprehensive understanding of EPI’s technical platform and the wero product, contributing to its ongoing development.

• Engage in pre-sales initiatives, offering technical insights and guidance to potential partners.

• Relay insights and feedback from partners to the internal team to assist in enhancing our products and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience collaborating with software engineers and a solid understanding of contemporary software architecture and technologies (e.g., MongoDB, REST API design), as well as cloud services (e.g., AWS) and security practices.

• Previous experience in a role that combines technical and product knowledge with partner interactions, such as integration engineering, technical account management, or customer success within a tech-oriented environment.

• Proficient in English (CEFR C1 or C2); knowledge of French, German, Dutch, or any other European languages is a plus.

• Flourish in a remote-first, multicultural setting.

• Capable of conveying complex technical ideas in a simple and accessible way, tailored to the audience's level of technical expertise.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration, relationship building, and problem-solving.

• Experienced in a dynamic, agile environment with a significant degree of independence.

• Nice to have: Background in financial technology or digital payment platforms.

• Familiarity with the European digital payments and banking landscape and relevant regulations.
