This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
β’ Take ownership of revenue and adoption targets across a set of agency accounts.
β’ Facilitate growth through upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing platform utilization.
β’ Recognize and leverage growth potential within current agency partnerships.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for designated agency partners.
β’ Assist in the onboarding process and promote the adoption of the SaaS platform within agency accounts.
β’ Offer strategic insights across Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Programmatic channels.
β’ Cultivate relationships with a diverse range of agency partners, varying in size and maturity.
β’ Monitor engagement levels, adoption rates, and expansion possibilities within your portfolio.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in account management, customer success, sales, or growth-oriented roles.
β’ At least 1 year of experience with paid media platforms including Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, or Programmatic.
β’ Solid comprehension of digital advertising metrics, KPIs, and concepts related to campaign performance.
β’ Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving account growth or retention.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage operational teams and senior stakeholders effectively.
β’ Ability to manage multiple accounts in a dynamic, portfolio-driven environment.
