This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement Bold's agency partnership strategy for rePete.
• Identify, target, recruit, and onboard valuable Shopify agency partners.
• Create and oversee a pipeline of potential agency partners through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Design collaborative go-to-market initiatives that promote merchant adoption and generate partner-sourced revenue.
• Establish trusted relationships with agency partners and assist them in effectively presenting rePete to their merchants.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to enhance agency success and drive growth.
• Track partnership performance, collect feedback, and continuously improve the agency program as it expands.
• Over 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or agency development.
• A proactive creator who thrives on building initiatives from the ground up.
• Resourceful and determined, willing to take necessary actions to establish a new channel.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with the confidence to cold prospect, network, and open new opportunities.
• Business-savvy with a proven history of driving growth through partnerships.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Shopify agencies or similar partner ecosystems is a significant advantage.
