Partner Experience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop the Partner engagement lifecycle as a key component of Cribl’s Partner Program.

• Implement programs and policies to expand partnerships with Resale, MSP, SI, Technology Alliances, Cloud Service Providers, and Services.

• Create collateral, documentation, and onboarding tools to improve the partner experience and facilitate communication.

• Oversee the advancement of partner experiences and program capabilities through a strategic roadmap.

• Relay partner strategies, events, and updates internally to promote business alignment.

• Assist in managing and leading partner-specific projects and initiatives aimed at scaling and enhancing efficiency.

• Take ownership of partner-specific tools and promote awareness of their value and applications both internally and externally.

• Support program compliance processes and communication initiatives.

• Undertake ad hoc projects or initiatives as dictated by company priorities and decisions.

• Occasionally work outside of standard hours due to collaboration across different time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing within the data security and IT sectors.

• Proven track record of innovation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and PRMs and/or comparable systems.

• Experience in aligning global partner strategies with legal, operational compliance, and policy frameworks.

• 3-5 years of experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to develop a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.

• Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision and adapting to a rapidly changing environment.

• High level of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment.

• BA/BS degree, MBA, or Master's degree from a prestigious university is an advantage.
