This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a multi-tiered enablement strategy tailored for various partner types (agencies, tech/ecosystem, resellers), striking a balance between scalable group programs and personalized support for key partners.
• Create structured onboarding and certification initiatives (both live and asynchronous) that empower partners to position Fundraise Up according to use cases, conduct discovery and qualification, collaborate with internal Sales, and facilitate smooth post-sale transitions.
• Oversee the scheduling of partner webinars and workshops, focusing on network enablement, product updates, co-selling strategies, and public events that enhance pipeline through partner involvement.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive enablement library, including playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling resources, and implementation guides.
• Manage the distribution of enablement materials via the PRM, portal, and/or LMS, working in conjunction with Product Marketing to ensure partner messaging remains up-to-date and cohesive.
• Engage directly with Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, and Partner Fleet to facilitate the delivery of enablement, adoption of tools, and co-selling processes.
• Assess and qualify incoming enablement requests prior to escalation to Partner Managers.
• Establish and monitor KPIs linked to business objectives: time to first referral, partner activation rates, partner-generated pipeline, win rate increases, and satisfaction with enablement.
• Conduct a quarterly operational review encompassing program roadmap updates, performance assessments, and planning for iterations.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in partner enablement, partnerships, channel programs, or revenue enablement within the SaaS sector.
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities (including webinars, workshops, and sessions with executive-level partners).
• Demonstrated capacity to create enablement programs that achieve revenue results rather than merely completing training.
• Strong project management expertise; capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• An analytical approach: able to define KPIs, evaluate programs, and adapt based on data insights.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration (across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps).
• Familiarity with partner tools and data workflows (such as Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, Partner Fleet, and LMS/PRM).
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
