This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and grow the US Partner Portfolio: Identify, assess, and cultivate enduring relationships across our four key partner categories, building directly on RobCo’s established US customer and OEM presence.
• Oversee the Partner Lifecycle: Evaluate, onboard, and guide partners through the certification process, steering them toward shared success metrics such as registered deals, key opportunities, and influenced pipeline.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including Solutions and Delivery, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Legal—to enhance partner enablement, joint initiatives, and referral compensation.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales: Partner with US regional sales teams to integrate local goals into the overall partnership strategy and facilitate localized solution delivery.
• Negotiate Mutually Beneficial Agreements: Formulate commercial partnerships and agreements that ensure both RobCo and the partner have a clear, advantageous stake in the results.
• Represent RobCo at Industry Events: Conduct partner workshops, design-in sessions, and represent the brand at significant US industry trade shows like Automate to connect partners and broaden the network.
• Set Up Governance and Playbooks: Define, monitor, and report on the US partner scorecard (covering activation, certification, and ROI) while ensuring accurate CRM-backed pipeline data and scalable process documentation.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Management, or related experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in partnerships, channel, or ecosystem development roles within industrial automation, robotics, machine tools, or related manufacturing technology.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding, with the capability to confidently discuss design-in integration with engineers and commercial models with executives.
• Experience managing or operating within a CRM-supported pipeline with a disciplined focus on qualification and data integrity.
• A culture-aligned mindset characterized by strong ownership, a growth-oriented approach, and the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Proficient English skills (German is an advantage).
