This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for QAD Redzone in the EMEA region.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners, including technology partners, system integrators, and manufacturing consultants.
• Create and manage collaborative business plans with key partners.
• Oversee the onboarding, training, and certification of partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and deliver QAD Redzone solutions effectively.
• Drive revenue sourced by partners and influenced by partners to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with partners and the QAD marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing strategies, demand generation campaigns, and events to enhance market awareness and generate high-quality leads.
• Act as the primary executive liaison for key partners in the region.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess partner performance, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment.
• Maintain records of all partner activities, pipeline, and forecasts within Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in channel sales, partner management, partner team management, or business development within the enterprise application or SaaS sectors.
• A demonstrated history of successfully building and managing a partner ecosystem in the EMEA region.
• In-depth understanding of the various business cultures and markets within EMEA.
• Experience in manufacturing technology, IIoT, MES, or connected workforce solutions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the QAD Redzone solution is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in driving partner-sourced revenue and consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and standard office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional EMEA languages (German, French, etc.) is a considerable plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote-first, global team environment.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, conflict management abilities, and relationship-building expertise.
• Willingness to travel throughout the EMEA region as required (approximately 30-40%).
