This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Engage in sales opportunity assessments and collaborate with Partner Directors and Field Sales Directors.
• Meet quarterly generation targets for both sourced and influenced opportunities.
• Utilize professional judgment to design, analyze, and implement lead-generation initiatives.
• Monitor relevant sales activities and administrative tasks in the sales system to support success measurement and progress tracking.
• Actively contribute to the development of innovative techniques and strategies for marketing Saviynt’s products to this Partner group, while closely collaborating with the Chief Marketing and Chief Customer Offices.
• Manage performance reporting to both regional and global management teams.
• Effectively communicate with the Senior Director of the Global Partner Organization.
• Must reside in Sweden, with the necessary regional language skills for the Nordics market.
• At least 10+ years of experience in Partner roles within the enterprise software sector.
• Experience in cyber security and identity management is advantageous.
• Ability to evaluate the current Partner network and assess potential new relationships.
• Extensive experience working with various Partners and differing levels of commitment from a goal-oriented perspective.
• Proficient in collaborating with Channel partners and/or Global System Integrators.
• Skilled in developing and implementing partner programs.
• Demonstrated success in meeting quota targets and achieving exceptional lead generation outcomes.
• Experience in a collaborative team setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comprehensive security and privacy literacy training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
• Review of Information Security and Privacy Policies and Procedures.
