This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily relationships with all signed services partners in India, serving as the primary contact for enablement, solution development, and go-to-market execution.

• Lead and oversee onboarding across various workstreams, including sales training, technical enablement, security and provisioning, and support operations.

• Guarantee partner readiness to implement and resell OpenAI solutions by utilizing shared project plans, milestone tracking, and conducting joint quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Facilitate co-developed solutions by partnering with stakeholders to identify use cases, develop demo materials, and tailor technical documentation.

• Assess partner performance, identify risks proactively, and initiate structured remediation or acceleration plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with OpenAI teams such as Sales, Solution Engineering, Enablement, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to meet partner requirements and maintain internal alignment.

• Establish operational processes, including roadmap updates, asset distribution, and refreshes of sales enablement materials.

• Ensure adherence to partnership agreements, encompassing commercial terms, personnel commitments, and reporting schedules.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in alliances, partner success, or sales within enterprise software or systems integration settings.

• Extensive experience in partner onboarding and activation, preferably with hyperscale cloud or enterprise SaaS vendors, boutique consulting firms, large regional system integrators (SIs), and technology consultants.

• Strong program management abilities, capable of tracking multiple workstreams and holding cross-functional stakeholders accountable.

• Familiarity with the Indian enterprise ecosystem and the ability to manage relationships with both local and global partner teams.

• Experience in early-stage, high-growth companies where programs are developing and the partner approach is evolving.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—able to influence without authority and instill a sense of urgency with empathy.
